show you the Multiple Listings on the computer. Then you can be sure

you are getting a COMPLETE list.

From time to time homes sell quickly, usually a few days after listing. In

that kind of market, agents advise their clients to make an offer ON THE

SPOT if they like the house. That is good advice in such a market. More

common, though, is less urgency, unless a home is under priced.

Don't forget to check into the SCHOOL DISTRICTS of the area you're

considering. Information is available on every school; such as class sizes,

% of students that go on to college, SAT scores, etc. You can get this

information from your agent or directly from the school.

Rockford Public Schools presents a special situation, in that due to acourt order, children may not be able to attend the school nearest their

home. It is best to seek out neighborhoods that reflect your values

and interests. It is important to go to the Parent Center  for Rockford Public Schools for more
