Just as a refresher, I’ve listed how I like to work with my special clients, YOU!

As you drive around and see homes for sale of interest, please note:

1. FSBO’s (for sale by owner) - get address and phone number so I can call.

2.  Open Houses - pass my card to the Open House Host/Hostess to indicate you are working with a Realtor, (me).

3. Listed houses that are of interest to you - record the name, phone number,  and street address.  Call me and I'll set up a showing for us.

4. I will send you bi weekly current listings which meet your criteria. Your job will be to screen then, drive by those that seem likely, and then call me to arrange viewings of those that seem the best.

Together, then, we can identify the best home to meet your needs.

It is important for you to understand that I will not receive compensation for my work with you unless I personally show you the property the first time you see it.
