Price your home correctly. It sounds easy, but it is not.
Gathering sales data from public sources is one way.
Another way is to hire a Realtor to research the Multiple Listing Service
and give you the results. You may contract with the agent for the service-
from $500 - $1000, depending upon the length of time to prepare.
The best advice, don't overprice your home…While it is overpriced,
the people who would have looked at your home do not, because it is
out of their price range. When you finally lower the price, they have
already bought another home.
